Daniel Eugene Teal, the Coffee County man accused of killing his roommate last summer will have his court date delayed until next month.
He will appear in court on March 10.
Teal, age 25, of Manchester, was in court Wednesday on charges of killing roommate Barry Lark, 44, at their home on River Forge Drive in Manchester.
Teal was arrested early Aug.t 23, at an area restaurant and was charged with first degree murder and theft of property. He is being held on a $252,500 bond.
Teal’s attorney, Kevin Askren told Judge Vanessa Jackson that he was waiting on more information from the State Medical Examiners Office.
