State Treasurer, Lillard to speak in Tullahoma

David Lillard, Tennessee State Treasurer will be in Tullahoma for a Town Hall meeting Friday, from 2:45-3:45 p.m., at the Tullahoma City Hall Board Room.
Lillard, Tennessee State Treasurer, was born in Ft. Rucker, Ala. and was raised in Tennessee.

Representative Matheny and Treasurer Lillard will hold two town hall meetings on March 12, 2010:

• 8:45 - 9:45 a.m. - Town Hall Meeting - City of Manchester, Manchester City Hall
•2:45 - 3:45 a.m. - Town Hall Meeting - City of Tullahoma, Tullahoma City Hall

He is married to Patricia Newton and has two children, Scott Lillard and Brooke Lillard, and a stepdaughter, Rachel Newton. He is a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Memphis, where he has served as a Sunday school teacher. He has also served on the administrative boards of two other Methodist churches, including service as stewardship chairman. Treasurer Lillard is a Republican and was elected by the Tennessee General Assembly on January 15, 2009.
