Ewell ‘Vic’ Vigdorth
Funeral services for Ewell Randall "Vic" Vigdorth, age 86, of Manchester were conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Carl Sims officiating.  Burial followed in the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.  Visitation with the Vigdorth family was from 4-8 PM on Friday, January 1, 2010 at the funeral home.  Mr. Vigdorth passed away on Tuesday at Medical Center of Manchester.
Mr. Vigdorth was born in Nashville, TN, the son of the late Julius Boris and Lucy Archie Vigdorth.  In earlier years, he was a structural engineer at AEDC and a veteran of the Army Air Force.  He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Vigdorth; two sons, Don (Ellen) Vigdorth of Tampa, FL and Terry (Ana) Vigdorth of Oakland, NJ; two daughters, Patsy. Webster of Panama City, FL and Vicki (Don) Weiner of Denver, CO; and seven grandchildren, Marley Ivy Vigdorth, Alexander Scott Vigdorth, Ivy Vigdorth, Emily Vigdorth, Jennifer Webster, Benjamin Foster Weiner and Zachary Andrew Weiner.

Jennie Adams
Funeral services for Mrs. Jennie Virginia Adams, age 79, a resident of Manchester were conducted Thursday, January 7, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel.  Burial followed at Cypress Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Adams passed away Sunday, January 3, 2010 at Alive Hospice at Skyline Madison Campus in Madison, Tennessee.  She was lifelong a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was known as a friend to all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Norman L. Adams, a son, Don Adams and a brother, Charles Maxwell.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Adams of Madison, TN and Keith Adams of Shelbyville, TN; four daughters, Gloria Martin of McMinnville, TN, Diana Nowlin of Atlanta, GA, Vicki Harris of Manchester, TN and Sherry Adams-Washington of Lavergne, TN; 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are two brothers, George D. Maxwell of Manchester and Jimmy Lee Maxwell of Nashville, TN and two sisters, Shirley Soloman and Mary Whiteaker both of Manchester.

Carmen Benson
Funeral services for Mrs. Carmen Louise Benson, age 53, of Tullahoma, TN were conducted at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 31, 2009 at the Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill Smith officiating.  Burial followed in the Summitville Cemetery. Mrs. Benson passed away Tuesday evening at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.

Hubert Jones
Funeral services for Mr. Hubert Holmes, age 91 of the Shady Grove community were conducted Sunday, January 3, 2010 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Manchester Funeral Home with Brother Charles White and Brother Glendon Cantrell officiating.  Burial followed at Shady Grove Cemetery.  Mr. Holmes passed away Friday, January 1, 2010 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN.  The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Brad Williams Scholarship Fund c/o New Union Church of Christ.

Allen Bucher
Allen Franklin Bucher, age 88, of Hillsboro, TN, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2010 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.  In earlier years, he was a personnel director for a factory and was a World War II veteran.  Memorial services will be scheduled at a later time in Herrin, Illinois.

Houston Watson
Funeral services for Mr. Houston Watson, age 80 were conducted Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 2:00 PM from Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jim Hodge officiating.  Burial followed at Manchester City Cemetery with full military honors.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the Arthritis Foundation.

Nancy L. Glueck
Nancy L. Glueck, age 55, of Tullahoma, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2009 at her residence. A native of Murry, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Billy and Betty Jean West Hughes. She was a sewing machine operator at Tennessee Apparel and a member of the College Street Baptist Church.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Tullahoma Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Growden officiating. Burial followed in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
