Coffee County got the lead with 3:34 left in the third period and didn't give it up until the 3:40 mark in the fourth. Less than a minute later however Keeling tied the the game back at 53-53 with a jumper. After that Cumberland County only led one more time 57-56 at the 0:50 mark but Renfrow made sure that lead didn't last long. Renfrow scored four points in the next 37 seconds to make the score 60-57 CCHS.
With just 0:03 second left in the game Clayborne hit two free-throws to make the score 62-58 Raiders which would be the final.
"We lost two tough district games that we could have won but the kids are getting better," said first-year CCHS head coach Scott Givens. "We have told them to keep working and sooner or later those close games will start going our way."

The Coffee County boys and girls basketball teams picked up two big wins Tuesday night at home against district 6-3A foe Cumberland County.
In the girls game the Lady Jets led at the half 26-24 and then came out hot in the third quarter. CCHS trailed 37-29 at the start of the final period but didn't give up. A 13 point fourth quarter from Emily Morgan spurred the Lady Raider's 54-50 comeback victory.
