Emily Morgan was hot last night from three-point land, scoring 18 of her season high 30 points from beyond the arch. Coffee County jumped to an early 20-2 lead. Despite getting outscored in the third quarter 19-8, the Lady Raiders hang on to get the win 69-44. Kaitlyn Thorton added in her own ten points during the affair.
The Raiders lost a tough one 65-63. The game was tied 63 all before the Pioneers hit a long jump shot with under ten seconds to go in the game. Kyle Kirby was the leading scoring with 16 and named player of the game. Both squads will be doing battle on Thursday night against Dekalb County.
